TOLERANCE ON THE TEAM


Red and Yellow, Black and White, all are precious ...   so the old Christian song goes.  However, although most believe God is color blind, not everyone on your team may be.  Regretfully, we live in a world where racial, religious, gender and life-style tolerance is wearing thin.  Most won't admit it and even less put their intolerance on the table for discussion.  But, that is what Hulings & Associates will do in this dynamic and meaningful training session.  We will identify the signs of subtle intolerance to overt prejudice.  Both can suck the strengthen, unity and success out of your organization, not to mention set you up for legal problems if not addressed.  This may be the most uncomfortable workshop you ever provide your team.  But, it can be the most beneficial, as well.
