TEAMWORK

Teamwork ... a single word that has produced volumes of books. There may be as many views on teamwork as there are leaders leading a team. Hulings & Associates does not have the corner on Teamwork truths. However, we do have an inspirational view point. Teamwork principles don't always work. It depends on the leader, the team, the mission and the competition. There are ways to incorporate teamwork principles into the every day function of the team, however. After you and your organization completes this work shop (four to six hours) you will be able to identify teamwork principles, characteristics of a dysfunctional team, and make use of our teamwork measurement matrix system.
