STANDING TALL IN A SLOUCHING WORLD

There is little argument that we live and work in a world where integrity and ethical compromise is as common as it is difficult to overcome.  Anyone with enough courage to stand taller than those who slouch ethically around them are not only obvious, they are questioned as to their motivates, loyalty and common sense.   When surveyed, most people believe they have more integrity than those around them, yet, almost everyone admits to ethical miss-steps at one time or another.  The goal of this training module is to present an accurate picture of our ethical landscape, set goals for maintaining rich integrity and identifying obstacles to standing tall that are specific to your organization.

Topics Covered:

The cost of lost prevention programs

How do your team members define stealing from the organization?

Is it possible to have integrity in the workplace and still hire human beings?

What to do when you find someone's hand in the cookie jar at the workplace
