The key to training is whether or not you get results. To measure the results of our training, Hulings & Associates conducts post-training surveys after training session. We then keep a running average of the those survey results. The following six questions are asked after every training session using the following scale

David was an excellent speaker...I enjoyed the training and learned more about myself and coworkers than I expected to. I would recommend this training to anyone.

The sessions were lively and fast-moving. The presentation added another dimension in which we may view our interaction with others.

I am more aware of how the different learning/personality styles of my students and colleagues impact/direct our interactions. I now "stand back" a little more and look for new strategies of listening/communicating that I can use to more effectively work with my colleagues & increase student learning in my classroom.
