MOTIVATION

When discussing motivation it may be more important to discuss how to create an atmosphere that allows natural motivation to flourish.   Sometimes when leaders try to motivate others, they unintentionally de-motivate them.  In this training workshop you will learn how to avoid negative aspects of motivation and develop an atmosphere that foster natural motivation.
