The Hire to Higher Workshop is a one or two day seminar that coaches your leadership team on how to Hire successful people and how to coach successful people to Higher success. This seminar will provide you with practical information, applications to take back to your organization, increase your success rate in employee hiring and retention and provide you with tools and resources needed to be a success.

The presenters (David Hulings and Doug Palmer) have years of experience in working with organizations to develop these key development and human resource areas. There combined presentation is interactive and inspiring. Those having attended Hulings and Associates' seminars in the past have given not only glowing evaluations, but have walked away having been informed, enlightened, equipped and entertained. The Hire to Higher Workshops will introduce you to a number of assessment and evaluation tools. Each participant who meet all necessary deadlines will be administrated the Myer-Briggs® Type Indicator (MBTI), the leading personality assessment used in the nation. The MBTI® is just one of the assessment tools you will be introduced to. You will be able to observe first hand the advantages such an assessment tool can provide.
