Hulings and Associates offers top executive, one-on-one coaching for a variety of clients.  We specialize on coaching school administers, especially K-12 Superintendents who are either new to the position, or new to their district.  We also coach building principals, support staff administrators, and teachers preparing for administrative positions. We have been doing K-12 executive coaching for over 15 years and offer that experience to each of our clients.

Although all one-on-one executive coaching is specific and personalized for each individual, we work with administrators in the following areas:

  • Personality development - offering insights about how personality effects leadership and how personalities develop and impact our energies and preferences.

  • Archetype understanding - using the understanding behind Jung's Archetypes we provide insights on how to find the meaning behind our motivations. 

  • Cultural awareness - offering insights into how each organizational culture affects performance and energies of leaders and followers.

  • Norm development - providing practical methods and structure on how to develop organizational norms and how to use them in a practical manner to foster higher performance.

  • Habit transformation - working with the beliefs we have behind our habits and using the change of beliefs to transform our habits.

  • Gender and Generational differences - using both to gather insights and understanding on how the effect our energy, performance and communication styles

  • Motivational and De-Motivational aspects - discover what motivates us and what is in our lives that de-motivates.  We focus on how to use the areas that motivate us for energy and how to avoid and manage the areas that de-motivates us.

  • Core Value considerations - digging deep into the heart of our energy to discover what we value and how those values are demonstrated and utilized every day in practical performance.

Individualized Performance Scripting:  Hulings and Associates will develop a personalize performance script (think Student IEP) that each person will be able to use for the coaching and expand upon after the coaching has long ended.
