This workshop will assist you in the discovery of your personality and how personality interacts with a positive decision making model to either limit or assist in rich decisions.

You will leave for home from this training session with five tools essential in coaching your team to make richer decisions:

What is a good decision making model? Do you know how decisions are made? Do you know what the best model for making individual or corporate decisions looks like? Can you adjust your model to meet the needs of your staff? You will leave for home with a positive decision making model, useful in all circumstances!
Do you know how our personalities affect our decisions? Do you know what your preference is in the decision making process? Are you a “balanced” decision maker? How does the personality of your staff affect their individual or your corporate decisions? You will leave for home knowing how personality affects individual and collective decisions.
Do you know how to identify the major components of your personality and how that in turn dictates your preferences for decision making? Do you know what the weaknesses may be in your personality and the above decision making model? You will leave for home knowing your personality and how it affects your decisions and how you coach your staff!
Do you know what your staff member’s personality is and how it affects a decision? Do you know how to identify your staff’s personality and therefore predict their preferences in the decision making process? You will leave for home knowing how to identify the personality of your staff and how in turn that may affect their decision making preferences!

Do you know how to change an inward habit of decision making to enable a person to make a richer decision for the individual and collective whole?
